This underpins who we are, what we do and why we do it. The i2i Teaching Partnership is an Ofsted Outstanding School Centred Initial Teacher Training (SCITT) provider for secondary education. We work with schools across Surrey, Hampshire, West London Berkshire to deliver our highly supportive teacher training programme, leading to both QTS and PGCE. Our programme is led by exceptional teachers and leaders who have a passion for professional development; from helping trainees take their first steps in the classroom, to helping nurture school leaders of the future. Our trainees develop into confident and competent professionals, equipped with the skills, knowledge and experience needed to become the best teachers they can be. At i2i it is not just about "what" we do, but "why" we do it. Our vision for delivering an outstanding teacher training programme is to enable our trainees to become exceptional teachers of the future, and to instil a love of lifelong learning and improve the life chances of all the young people they work with.
